Client Success Manager

Overview

Healthconnect Texas is actively seeking an experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to manage the client relationship and support their use of our services from Go Live onwards. Acting as the face of the organization, the CSM will develop strong relationships with clients, lead efforts on engagement and utilization, and act as an advocate for the client regarding enhancement requests and bug fixes.

This position requires collaboration with other members of internal teams, including technical development, project management, and business development. There is equal interaction with all external stakeholders, including technical resources, end users, management, vendors, and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities and Technical Requirements

  • Manage key account relationships with clients, both remotely and onsite as needed
  • Drive utilization and client success across all service lines
  • Share best practices, workflows, benchmarks, and analytic metrics
  • Problem-solve with clients on their use cases
  • Prepare and maintain educational, training, and workflow materials; provide end-user training
  • Support Business Development team with prospect engagement

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of implementation, client management, and/or program development with healthcare and/or community engagement software
  • Understanding of healthcare roles/responsibilities and clinical workflows
  • Exposure to community services workflows and their unique challenges
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite

Location

Houston, TX candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered.
